Now, how did that happen? Just a minute ago it was Memorial Day, and now we’re only weeks away from the end of summer. Not to say that’s a bad thing. With August and September come back-to-school season, football kickoffs and the much-needed Labor Day holiday.
That being said, we’re still in the heat of summer (literally), and there isn’t a moment to waste. It’s time to get outside and as the final countdown nears. Here’s how you can make the most of your last weeks of the dog days.
Fuzzy’s by the pool
Let’s face it, when it’s blisteringly hot outside, the only safe place to be is next to a body of water. Grab some Fuzzy’s and get thee to the nearest swimming pool. Take a dip in the cool, refreshing water and then take a break for some other types of dip (looking at you, guac, queso).
If you really feel like partying, have Fuzzy’s cater poolside.
Fuzzy’s on the beach
The body of water doesn’t have to be in your backyard. If you’re lucky enough to live near the ocean or the Gulf, you can make the trip to the beach that much better by bringing Fuzzy’s along. However, try to keep the sand out of your tacos. They’re just not as good that way.
Enjoy some baseball
Whether it’s watching your favorite team at one of our locations (with a cold beer in hand) or actually taking Fuzzy’s out to the ball game, tacos and baseball are an obvious match. You can root, root, root for the home team and not have to worry about the peanut shells or mustard stains.
Margaritas on the patio
If you can’t get to a body of water, bring the liquid to you — in margarita form, of course! Our Fuzzy’s locations offer a plethora of amazing margaritas to quench any thirst. We kind of want one right now, just sayin’.
Chip ’n’ slide
Flying down a backyard waterslide is one of the most fun warm weather activities there is, besides eating chips and salsa. Combine the two and invite the gang over from some chips, slips and a good time.
Not that we don’t want you visiting Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, but enjoying summer to the fullest means enjoying it outdoors. Pack some Fuzzy’s to go, find a nice shady spot at a park nearby and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones.
Turn your phones off while you’re at it.
Fuzzy’s in the hammock
It’s pretty self-explanatory. (Sounds nice, though, right?)
